Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Cynet Global j.d.o.o., Court reg. number (OIB) 32203443518, operating under the brand name Cylizard digital agency, registered in Croatia, Zagreb, EU. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Cylizard digital agency offers digital marketing services, web development, design, and related services as agreed upon with the client.

1.2 The specifics of the services provided, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in a separate agreement between Cylizard digital agency and the client.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Cylizard digital agency reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

2.2 Any additional expenses incurred during the services will be communicated to the client for approval before being billed.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Cylizard digital agency retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 The client is responsible for providing necessary permissions for content and materials used in the services.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the engagement.

4.2 Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed by either party.

5. Termination

5.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party.

5.2 In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for any services provided up to the termination date.

6. Liability

6.1 Cylizard digital agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.

6.2 The total liability of Cylizard digital agency is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Croatia.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Cylizard digital agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes.
